Responsibility
- Manage and organize pharmaceutical inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing wastage.
- Assist in the preparation, labeling, and distribution of medications in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular audits of pharmaceutical supplies to maintain quality control and expiration date tracking.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to place orders and verify deliveries of medical supplies.
- Support pharmacists in dispensing medications and maintaining patient records with precision.
- Ensure adherence to GDP (Good Distribution Practices) and other healthcare regulations.
- Operate and maintain pharmaceutical storage equipment (e.g., refrigerators, automated systems).
- Assist in training new staff on inventory management and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical logistics, hospital pharmacies, or distribution centers.
- Strong knowledge of medication storage requirements, handling procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to patient safety.
- Familiarity with Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., BPOM) is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
