As a Pharmacy Technician, you will work in modern facilities across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and other key locations. Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and organize pharmacy inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Process insurance claims and handle billing procedures.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Prepare and label medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Operate pharmacy software and maintain accurate digital records.
- Support daily pharmacy operations, including cashiering and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Pharmacy Technician is a plus.
- Proven experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
