Responsibility
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, SOPs, and quality control protocols.
- Lead, mentor, and train pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional patient care and service efficiency.
- Manage inventory, including procurement, stock levels, and expiration tracking, to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy management and patient counseling.
- Implement and monitor KPIs for pharmacy performance, including service speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local and international pharmaceutical laws, including documentation and audits.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance operational workflows and service delivery.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) with a valid pharmacist license in Indonesia.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmacy operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff development, and performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, GMP, and inventory management systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
