Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Promote and educate healthcare providers about our pharmaceutical products, their benefits, and proper usage.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing your territory and implementing strategic sales plans.
- Organize and conduct product presentations, meetings, and medical conferences to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute localized marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmaceutical products, and the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
