Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide basic health advice and guidance on over-the-counter medications, supplements, and wellness products.
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure products are displayed neatly and accurately.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash and card payments securely.
- Collaborate with pharmacists to fulfill prescriptions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Promote in-store promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal offers to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy or retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare products, medications, or wellness trends is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a bonus.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including POS systems and inventory management software.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to support store operations.
