Responsibility
- Participate in a structured training program to understand the company's operations, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in daily retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Shadow and learn from experienced managers to gain insights into leadership and decision-making processes.
- Contribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in retail or customer service are encouraged to apply.
