Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and filing of pharmaceutical and regulatory documents.
- Support the data entry and management of pharmacy records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Help generate reports and summaries for internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the PPR team to monitor and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in audits and inspections by preparing necessary documentation and follow-up actions.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining inventory records for controlled substances and pharmacy supplies.
- Contribute to training materials and guides for pharmacy staff on regulatory changes.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or related degree program.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, GMP, or GDP (a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with pharmacy software or ERP systems is advantageous.
- Passion for healthcare compliance and continuous learning.
