Responsibility
- Assist dentists during dental procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterilized.
- Provide chairside support, including handling dental instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, post-treatment care, and preventive dental measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and medical histories.
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies and maintain a clean, sterile clinical environment.
- Manage dental supplies and equipment, including inventory checks and restocking as needed.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and processing payments.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide efficient and compassionate patient care.
Qualifications
- Active STR Kesehatan Gigi dan Mulut (Dental Health and Oral Health License) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Nurse or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for managing patient records and administrative tasks.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
