Responsibility
- Perform a variety of face and body treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, and exfoliation therapies.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards in all treatment rooms and equipment.
- Provide attentive and professional customer service, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing experience.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer expert advice.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending skincare products tailored to clientsâ needs.
- Collaborate with the spa team to uphold the brandâs reputation for excellence.
- Handle client bookings, follow-ups, and feedback to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Certification in Beauty Therapy or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness center.
- Proficient in advanced skincare treatments, massage techniques, and body therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
