Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications and providing accurate dosage instructions to customers.
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring products are stored correctly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, recommending over-the-counter products, and handling transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Process and file prescriptions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Support promotional activities, health campaigns, and customer loyalty programs to drive sales and engagement.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations and high standards of service.
- Stay updated on new products, healthcare trends, and company policies to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent; Diploma in Pharmacy or related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in a pharmacy, retail, or customer service role is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products, health supplements, and first-aid supplies.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., POS systems, inventory software).
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a bonus.
