Responsibility
- Accurately enter and process prescription data into the pharmacy management system.
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and verifying patient information.
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and organizing medications.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients, answering inquiries, and handling transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace in accordance with health regulations.
- Prepare and package medications for distribution under pharmacist supervision.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, labeling, and maintaining patient records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless pharmacy operations and patient care.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; certification in pharmacy assistance is a plus.
- Proven experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, or customer service role (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team members.
