Responsibility
- Assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Verify patient information and prescription details to ensure compliance with medical standards.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stocking, organizing, and monitoring medication supplies.
- Provide clear and professional guidance to patients regarding medication usage, side effects, and storage.
- Process and maintain patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
- Handle cash transactions and insurance claims with precision and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols in all pharmaceutical procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Possess a valid SIPTTK or STRA (Indonesian pharmacy license).
- Proven experience in a pharmacy or clinical setting is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and staff.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications and documentation.
- Neat, professional appearance and adherence to clinic dress code.
