Responsibility
- Identify and develop new patient leads through targeted outreach, networking, and digital marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Create and execute social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content, including blog posts, videos, and infographics, tailored to healthcare audiences.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to promote services and generate leads.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders and clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in healthcare marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, SEO, and content management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
