Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of operational performance strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in healthcare service delivery.
- Oversee data analysis and reporting to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in population health programs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement scalable operational frameworks that support AICâs strategic goals.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between clinical, administrative, and community teams to ensure seamless integration of care services.
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Spearhead change management initiatives to adopt best practices in healthcare operations and technology integration.
- Represent AIC in stakeholder engagements, including government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners, to foster collaboration.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within healthcare or a similar sector.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, process optimization, and performance management in large-scale organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience engaging with senior executives and external partners.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and compliance frameworks in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
