Responsibility
- Assist dermatologists in performing medical and cosmetic procedures, including laser treatments, chemical peels, and injectables (e.g., Botox, fillers).
- Conduct patient consultations, assess skin conditions, and recommend personalized treatment plans under physician supervision.
- Administer pre- and post-procedure care, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on skin health, treatment options, and aftercare protocols to promote long-term results.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories, treatment notes, and follow-up plans in compliance with clinic standards.
- Prepare and sterilize equipment, treatment rooms, and supplies to uphold strict hygiene and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement patient care strategies tailored to individual needs.
- Stay updated on the latest dermatological advancements, techniques, and products to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (preferably with dermatology or aesthetic nursing certification).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing, with a focus on dermatology, aesthetics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and treatments, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and aging-related concerns.
- Experience with medical-grade skincare products and cosmetic procedures is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with a diverse patient base.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Mandarin, are advantageous).
