Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess visual acuity, refractive errors, and overall eye health.
- Prescribe and fit corrective lenses, including glasses and contact lenses, tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide expert advice on eyewear selection, lens options, and frame styling to enhance both vision and aesthetics.
- Educate patients on proper eye care, hygiene, and the importance of regular eye check-ups.
- Identify and manage common eye conditions, referring patients to specialists when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with professional standards.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in optometry and eye care technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Optometry or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice optometry in Indonesia.
- Proven experience in conducting eye examinations and prescribing corrective lenses.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Knowledge of current trends in eyewear fashion and lens technology.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
