Responsibility
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient intake, including recording medical histories and vital signs.
- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Prepare and organize examination rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Provide administrative support, including handling phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
- Assist with basic clinical tasks such as preparing patients for examinations and administering routine procedures.
- Coordinate with receptionists and therapists to ensure seamless patient flow and care.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the clinic.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Proficiency in basic medical terminology and administrative software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Certification in healthcare assistance or related field is a plus.
