As a Locum Aesthetic Doctor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing clients’ confidence and well-being through personalized aesthetic solutions. Your expertise in non-surgical procedures, combined with a client-centered approach, will ensure outstanding results and patient satisfaction.
Responsibility
- Perform a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including injectables (Botox, fillers), laser therapies, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess needs, recommend treatments, and set realistic expectations.
- Ensure compliance with medical standards, safety protocols, and local regulations for all aesthetic procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to deliver seamless patient experiences and uphold high service standards.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and incorporate evidence-based practices.
- Provide post-treatment care advice and follow-up support to ensure optimal results and patient satisfaction.
- Uphold ethical and professional conduct in all interactions, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with a valid medical license.
- Proven experience as an Aesthetic Doctor or in a similar role, with a portfolio of successful treatments.
- Certification or training in aesthetic medicine (e.g., injectables, lasers, or cosmetic dermatology).
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and aesthetic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, part-time locum capacity.
- Familiarity with local regulations and ethical guidelines for aesthetic practices in Indonesia.
- Passion for continuing education and staying abreast of industry trends.
