Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive prenatal, delivery, and postnatal care to mothers and newborns.
- Monitor and assess the health of pregnant women and newborns, ensuring timely interventions when needed.
- Assist with deliveries and provide emergency care as required.
- Educate families on maternal and child health, breastfeeding, and newborn care best practices.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote maternal and child health.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in midwifery and healthcare practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Midwifery or a related healthcare field from an accredited institution.
- Valid certification or license to practice as a midwife in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maternal and child healthcare.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and families.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
