Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to alleviate pain and restore function.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and integrate evidence-based practices into treatment protocols.
- Provide exceptional patient care with empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic, neurological, or sports rehabilitation.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
