Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive patient consultations to assess aesthetic goals, medical history, and suitability for treatments.
- Administer a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to: dermal fillers, Botox, thread lifts, laser treatments, and chemical peels.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that align with patient expectations while ensuring safety and efficacy.
- Monitor patient progress, provide post-treatment care, and address any complications or concerns promptly.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, including new techniques, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the clinic's marketing team to educate patients and promote services through workshops, social media, and community events.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with local regulations and clinic policies.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, sterilization, and infection control in all clinical procedures.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution with a valid medical license to practice in Indonesia.
- Specialization or certification in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or a related field (e.g., Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine, board certification in cosmetic dermatology).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performing aesthetic procedures, including injectables, lasers, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Proficiency in using advanced aesthetic devices and technologies (e.g., laser machines, radiofrequency devices, ultrasound).
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and the aging process to ensure safe and effective treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with international patients.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical standards in aesthetic practice.
