As a Clinic Nurse, you will work in a modern medical facility, delivering compassionate and efficient care to patients from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in Mandarin is a key requirement to ensure seamless communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, enhancing patient satisfaction and care outcomes. The work schedule is structured from Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) and Saturdays (until 1:00 PM), allowing for a balanced work-life integration in one of the world’s most sought-after destinations.

Responsibility

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a clinic setting, including assessments, treatments, and follow-up care.
  • Assist physicians with medical procedures, examinations, and patient consultations.
  • Administer medications, vaccinations, and other treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and infection control measures.
  • Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking patients to address their concerns and provide clear instructions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Valid nursing license or registration in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a clinic or outpatient setting.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and clinical procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills for electronic health records (EHR) and administrative tasks.
  • Willingness to work a 5.5-day week, including Saturdays until 1:00 PM.
