Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of dialysis nurses, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
- Oversee the daily operations of the dialysis unit, including patient scheduling, staff assignments, and resource management.
- Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient care in accordance with medical guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate patient care plans, making adjustments as necessary to optimize treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license and certification in dialysis nursing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in dialysis nursing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in dialysis procedures and patient care.
