Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing accurate information to customers about their prescriptions.
- Manage inventory, including stocking shelves, checking expiration dates, and placing orders for pharmaceutical products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering health advice, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Process transactions, handle cash registers, and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, including proper storage and handling of medications.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment for both staff and customers.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to promote health and wellness initiatives, including vaccination drives and health screenings.
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical products, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; certification in pharmacy assistance or related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in a pharmacy, retail, or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the pharmacy schedule.
