Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end pharmacy supply chain operations to ensure seamless availability of medication and medical consumables.
- Analyze inventory data and consumption patterns to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage across polyclinic sites.
- Lead and support pharmacy-IT initiatives, including the integration and troubleshooting of pharmacy management systems.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline supply workflows and vendor management.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols related to pharmaceutical storage and distribution.
- Provide analytical reports to management regarding operational performance and supply chain KPIs.
- Assist in the implementation of new digital health solutions to improve dispensing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Must be a Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in clinical or operational pharmacy roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in pharmacy IT systems and data management tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse healthcare teams.
- Proven track record in process improvement, logistics coordination, or supply chain management is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex operational challenges.
