Responsibility
- Dispense medications accurately and safely to patients based on prescriptions.
- Provide counseling to patients on the proper use of medications, including dosage and potential side effects.
- Monitor and manage inventory of pharmaceutical supplies to ensure availability and prevent shortages.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to review and optimize patient medication regimens.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies related to pharmacy operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication histories.
- Participate in clinical rounds and provide input on pharmaceutical care plans.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in pharmaceutical care and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi) with a valid Pharmacist Profession (Profesi Apoteker) certification.
- Active STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker) and Surat Kompetensi Apoteker.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a pharmacist in a hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical care, drug interactions, and patient counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
