Responsibility
- Verify and check incoming and outgoing pharmaceutical products for accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Present and organize pharmaceutical inventory in the warehouse to ensure easy accessibility and efficient distribution.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and discrepancies using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products to sub-distributors and clients.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse inventory to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the warehouse environment.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Provide support in training new team members on warehouse procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Pharmacy, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying and recording inventory data.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
