Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate with distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medical supplies to sub-distributors.
- Implement and monitor compliance with health, safety, and storage regulations for pharmaceutical goods.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve inventory issues and streamline procurement processes.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on best practices for handling and storing sensitive medical products.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Familiarity with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and other pharmaceutical storage regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
