Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives in Bali, ensuring they achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth in the ethical pharmaceutical sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement training programs to enhance team productivity and skills.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns tailored to the Bali market.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the ethical pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a sales team.
