Danpac Pharma, a trusted name in Indonesia’s pharmaceutical industry, is expanding its dynamic sales team in Bali. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to promote our high-quality OTC (Over-the-Counter) healthcare products to pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals across key areas including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring our products meet the needs of the local market. Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned OTC pharmaceutical products in the Bali region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and usage.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and inventory management for assigned territories.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, including visit logs, expenses, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in pharmaceutical sales, medical representation, or FMCG sales (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of OTC products and the healthcare industry in Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned Bali regions (own vehicle/motorcycle is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools for reporting.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
