Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers in Bali.
- Present and promote Life Factor’s pharmaceutical products and solutions to potential and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and assess client needs.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the healthcare sector.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or healthcare business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including clinic and pharmacy operations.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
