This position is based in Bali, with a focus on key areas including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will have the flexibility to work remotely with regular client visits, making this an ideal role for those who thrive in a dynamic, field-based environment.

Responsibility

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and healthcare solutions.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, clinic managers, and hospital procurement teams.
  • Conduct regular client visits to present product benefits, address inquiries, and negotiate contracts to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and maximize opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and educational events for healthcare professionals.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management on a timely basis.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Represent Antarmitra Sembada at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or healthcare-related sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong sales experience).
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or healthcare industry regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across Bali.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
