Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare providers in Bali.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for medical professionals and pharmacy staff.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and inventory management for clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sun Pharma's product portfolio, clinical data, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and pharmaceutical products.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
