Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in the assigned territory (Bali).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, supermarkets, and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals and retail partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and ensure brand visibility.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local language skills are a plus.
