Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and retail outlets in Bali.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and FMCG items.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely order processing and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade activities to boost product visibility.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service, addressing client concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or FMCG industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, pharmaceutical products, and FMCG distribution is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions to meet client demands.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
