Responsibility
- Oversee and manage Personnel Administration, including payroll, contracts, and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
- Lead General Affairs operations, including facility management, procurement, and vendor relations to support business continuity.
- Develop and implement Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies, conducting audits and training to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
- Provide legal advisory on corporate matters, contracts, and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to Indonesian and international laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR, legal, and operational strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and update internal policies and procedures to reflect changes in legislation or company direction.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, or disputes, protecting organizational interests.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in process efficiency, cost control, and compliance across all managed functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; a legal certification (e.g., Advocate License) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in PGA, Legal, or Compliance within a corporate or multinational environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, corporate regulations, and SHE standards.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, or legal management software.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (preference for candidates in Canggu, Ubud, or Denpasar).
