This pivotal role combines Personnel Administration, General Affairs, Safety-Health-Environment (SHE), and Legal compliance to drive organizational efficiency and regulatory adherence.

Based in Bali’s most vibrant business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas—you’ll play a key role in shaping policies, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of compliance and safety. Ideal for a strategic leader with a legal background and a passion for operational optimization, this position offers a competitive salary, professional growth, and the opportunity to work in one of Indonesia’s most dynamic regions.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to upholding the highest standards of corporate governance, we invite you to apply and contribute to our mission of excellence.

  • Lead General Affairs operations, including facility management, procurement, and vendor relations to support business continuity.
  • Develop and implement Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies, conducting audits and training to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Provide legal advisory on corporate matters, contracts, and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to Indonesian and international laws.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR, legal, and operational strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor and update internal policies and procedures to reflect changes in legislation or company direction.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, or disputes, protecting organizational interests.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in process efficiency, cost control, and compliance across all managed functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; a legal certification (e.g., Advocate License) is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in PGA, Legal, or Compliance within a corporate or multinational environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, corporate regulations, and SHE standards.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, or legal management software.
