Responsibility
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
- Conduct legal research on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Support the legal team in due diligence processes for business transactions.
- Attend and take minutes during internal and external legal meetings.
- Monitor updates in local and international corporate laws and advise on implications for the company.
- Assist in preparing legal opinions and memoranda under supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in business operations.
- Organize and maintain legal documentation and filing systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Law (final-year students) or a recent graduate.
- Strong academic record with a focus on corporate, commercial, or business law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret legal documents and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Prior internship or experience in a corporate legal setting is a plus.
