Responsibility
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, disputes, and negotiations with external parties.
- Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and best practices to mitigate risks.
- Monitor changes in legislation and advise on potential impacts to the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives while ensuring legal compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university; a Master's degree (M.H.) is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and legal risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to upholding legal integrity.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
