Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and hospitality properties to identify pest infestations and potential risks.
- Apply safe and effective pest control methods, including chemical treatments, traps, and exclusion techniques, in compliance with local regulations.
- Handle and apply pesticides, insecticides, and rodenticides according to established safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
- Provide expert advice to clients on preventive measures to minimize future pest problems, including sanitation and structural recommendations.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed, including treatment types, locations, and client feedback, using company-provided digital tools.
- Collaborate with team members to schedule and prioritize service calls, ensuring timely and efficient pest management solutions.
- Operate and maintain pest control equipment, vehicles, and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new pest control technologies, and best practices through ongoing training and certifications.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 3 Pest Control License (or willingness to obtain it through company-sponsored training).
- No prior pest control experience required—full training provided.
- Basic proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate with clients and team members.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces, outdoor areas, and high-temperature conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols when handling chemicals and equipment.
- Reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) to travel between job sites in Bali (fuel allowance provided).
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
