Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on engineering systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose faults, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and commission new equipment and systems according to specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide technical support and ensure project deliverables are met.
- Conduct site visits across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to assess equipment conditions and provide on-site assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment logs using digital tools.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians or clients on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Technician, Field Service Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems (experience with HVAC, generators, or automation systems is a plus).
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel frequently across Bali for site visits.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
