Responsibility
- Assist senior technicians in performing routine maintenance and basic repairs on air conditioning units and other HVAC systems.
- Conduct on-site inspections to identify maintenance needs and report findings to the team lead.
- Provide housekeeping and logistical support to ensure clean and organized work environments for clients.
- Assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and servicing of AC units under supervision.
- Respond to client requests for maintenance and support in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, inventory, and equipment usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards while performing duties.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of AC systems, HVAC maintenance, or related technical skills (prior experience is a plus).
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
