Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Install new HVAC units, including ductwork, thermostats, and ventilation systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize system performance and longevity.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Liaise with clients to assess their HVAC needs, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory of parts and equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Certification in HVAC systems (e.g., EPA 608, NATE, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration cycles, electrical components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and manage a team effectively.
- Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites across Bali.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks at heights.
