Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems in retail stores and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, machinery, and infrastructure issues, including sports retail displays, lighting, and security systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with store managers and facility teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment, fixtures, and store layouts as needed.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on basic equipment usage and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, Facilities Technician, or similar role, preferably in retail, sports facilities, or commercial environments.
- Technical certification or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related field is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, generators, and basic carpentry is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment or materials as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations in Bali.
