Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on elevators and escalators to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular safety checks and tests to identify potential hazards and prevent accidents.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to plan and execute maintenance schedules efficiently.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices.
- Respond to emergency service calls and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in elevator and escalator maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the elevator and escalator industry.
- Certification or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards related to elevator and escalator maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites across Bali.
