Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify pest activity and entry points.
- Develop and implement comprehensive pest management plans tailored to residential and hospitality settings.
- Apply specialized treatments in compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests regarding pest control issues from property managers or guests.
- Propose preventative solutions and structural improvements to minimize future pest infestations.
- Handle and store chemical agents and equipment safely and responsibly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pest control, facilities maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of local pest species common in Bali and effective control methods.
- Certification in pest management or chemical handling is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision across multiple property locations.
- Excellent communication skills to report findings and interact professionally with team members.
- Must possess a valid driving license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
