Responsibility
- Safely and punctually transport the Director and family members to various destinations, including business meetings, personal appointments, and events.
- Plan efficient routes considering traffic, road conditions, and schedules to ensure timely arrival.
- Maintain the company vehicle in pristine condition, performing regular checks, cleaning, and coordinating necessary servicing or repairs.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and regulations, exercising defensive driving techniques at all times.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all information and movements related to the Director and the company.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage or other items as required.
- Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, as business needs dictate.
- Keep accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a personal or executive chauffeur role.
- Possession of a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D) with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of Penang's roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
- High degree of integrity, discretion, and reliability.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
