Are you a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented individual with a clean driving record? Seri Yakin Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a dedicated Personal Driver to support our Director. In this role, you will act as a key representative of the company, ensuring the safe, efficient, and punctual transport of our executive to various business engagements throughout Kuala Lumpur and beyond.
The ideal candidate is more than just a driver; you are a proactive professional who understands the importance of discretion, time management, and vehicle maintenance. You will be responsible for navigating the city's complex traffic patterns effectively while maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct and vehicle hygiene.
Responsibility
- Safely transport the Director to daily meetings, business functions, and personal appointments.
- Plan and navigate optimal routes, considering traffic conditions and scheduling constraints to ensure punctuality.
- Maintain the vehicle in pristine condition, including regular cleaning, routine maintenance checks, and servicing schedules.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism at all times.
- Assist with basic administrative errands or logistics support as required by the executive.
- Monitor and report vehicle maintenance needs, insurance, and road tax renewals.
- Ensure the vehicle is stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., water, sanitizers) and that the environment is comfortable for the passenger.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Malaysian Driver's License (Class D) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a personal or executive driver.
- Excellent knowledge of Kuala Lumpur roads, landmarks, and major business districts.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English for effective communication.
- Punctual, disciplined, and highly adaptable to flexible working hours, including occasional weekends or late evenings.
- Well-groomed with a professional demeanor and a strong sense of personal security.
- Experience in defensive driving techniques is a significant advantage.
