Responsibility
- Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the bank's customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including wealth management and corporate banking, to deliver comprehensive financial services.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to assess financial health and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of banking products, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
