Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, ensuring seamless logistics and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes for senior management.
- Provide administrative support, including managing emails, phone calls, and office supplies, to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with office management tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
