Responsibility
- Manage the General Manager’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations in both English and Mandarin.
- Coordinate meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist with financial and operational tasks, including expense reports and budget tracking.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Liaise with international partners and clients, facilitating smooth cross-border communication.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
